BizDocFlow Terms of Service

These terms govern use of BizDocFlow, including accounts, document generators, AI-generated drafts, subscriptions, exports, and support.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting sign-in credentials. Activity performed through an account may be treated as the responsibility of that account holder.

AI-Generated Drafts

BizDocFlow provides productivity drafts, templates, examples, and editing workflows. Generated content may require review and is not legal, HR, tax, financial, or compliance advice. Users are responsible for verifying the final document before sending, signing, or relying on it.

Acceptable Use

Do not use BizDocFlow to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. Do not upload or enter unnecessary sensitive information into generators.

Exports and Watermarks

Free accounts include limited watermark-free PDF exports, then watermarked exports after the allowance is used. DOCX drafts may include watermarking unless a paid plan or export credit allows watermark-free export. Paid plans and export packs provide the usage, watermark, credit validity, and document-generation limits shown at checkout or in account settings.

Current Plan Rules

Free

Free includes 10 successful AI documents per month, 3 watermark-free PDF exports per month, watermarked PDF exports after the monthly PDF allowance is used, watermarked DOCX drafts unless an Export Pack or Pro applies, and 7-day saved draft retention when signed in. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.

Pro

Pro is currently offered at $9 monthly or $79 annually. Pro includes 100 successful AI documents per month, watermark-free PDF exports, watermark-free DOCX exports, and paid features through the current billing period after cancellation. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Annual Pro billing still uses monthly document allowance resets.

Export Pack

The Export Pack is a $5 one-time purchase that provides 10 watermark-free export credits valid for 90 days. One successful watermark-free PDF or DOCX file export uses one credit. Export Packs do not renew automatically and do not increase the AI document generation allowance.

Usage Definitions

One AI document means the server successfully returns a usable new draft. Editing fields, previewing, copying text, downloading an existing document, failed requests, timeouts, server errors, and schema validation failures that do not return a usable document do not count as an AI document.

One export means successfully creating a new watermark-free PDF or DOCX file. Re-exporting a new file may use another applicable allowance or export credit.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscription terms, billing frequency, pricing, renewal behavior, and cancellation options are shown in the product or payment flow. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period, and then may end when a plan expires, is canceled, or cannot be billed. One-time export packs do not create a subscription.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on payment status, usage, local requirements, and the payment workflow. Contact support@bizdocflow.com with the account email, payment date, and reason for the request.

Pro subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or where BizDocFlow confirms a duplicate charge, billing error, or service failure that prevented use of the paid plan.

Export Pack purchases are generally non-refundable once any export credit has been used. Unused credits may be reviewed for refund only when required by law or when BizDocFlow confirms a payment or delivery error.

Taxes

Taxes, VAT, GST, or similar charges may be calculated and collected during checkout when required. Users are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout.

Downgrades and Failed Payments

After a Pro subscription ends or is downgraded, saved documents remain available according to the active plan limits. Free accounts keep signed-in draft history for 7 days unless the user deletes it sooner or a longer retention obligation applies.

If a subscription payment fails, BizDocFlow may provide a grace period of up to 7 days before paid features are reduced or suspended. Access may end sooner where fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or payment-provider rules require it.

Price Changes

BizDocFlow may update prices, plan limits, or paid features. For existing paid subscriptions, BizDocFlow aims to provide at least 30 days of notice before a material price increase takes effect, unless the change is required by law, tax rules, payment-provider requirements, or a security issue.

Billing records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, and legal compliance.

Service Limits

BizDocFlow may change templates, limits, exports, AI providers, or product behavior to improve reliability, comply with obligations, or prevent abuse.
